When I arrived on campus today I noticed a small number of prime student parking spots have been painted red with signs saying "Parking For Vehicles With Panther Plates Only". I was wondering if anyone thought this was a good idea to encourage USF license plate purchases.

It may not increase sales by hundreds but it may be a little incentive/reward.

I just wish it had a few more digits so I could personalize it. Everyone at work knows my car. All they have to look at is the license plate. GO BULLS!!!! BullBlood Posted February 12, 2007 Group: Member Topic Count: 7 Content Count: 339 Reputation: 0 Days Won: 0 Joined: 10/12/2006 Share Posted February 12, 2007 are they still offering the "free" upgrade to USF plates for the first year. I had a coupon for the $25 refund, but it expired before I needed to renew.
