ND just handled Syracuse by 12,  Sounds like it was their best road game of the year as they put up 103 points and earned their first road win.  They hit 11 three pointers and shot over 80% from the line (30-36).  So, the Bulls have to defend the arc and keep ND off of the charity stripe, because for them it truly is charity points.

Syracuse losing helps us though.  They only have 4 conference wins and they travel to USF later in the year, so you never know.

If we play the way we have the last couple of games, then we will have a good shot at winning Saturday.

what if we get beat by 15-20? What will the board be like then.

You'd be leading the bashing brigade I am sure.

Guest Ari_Hinkelberger

he needs to win 3 of the 4 against depaul, providence, st johns.

and a win over cuse could help him as well.

i think i have posted this comment like 20 times.

sorry -- but this ND game really doesn't mean much if we lose.

he needs 5-6 wins to stay -- and that is how he is going to get them -- if he does at all

What does it matter what the board will be like? You're strange ...

ND was hot last night; we'll have to play great perimeter and be ready to score a lot. The game was only close in the last few minutes when some of the backups were in for ND.

They had 61 in the first 1/2 and were the first opponent to score over 100 on Cuse in something like 25 years. (Least thats what the paper said)

USF can't keep up with the Irish if they are above 80 points, this game needs to be in the 60s if the Bulls want to upset ND.

Joe WVU went over 100 beating 'Cuse in '96.  See the link.

I'm hoping if 'Cuse can score 91 vs them, USF can get score 80ish.  Hopefully the D can hold the Irish below 80ish.
