Because the LB position this year is deep even though it lacks alot of elite 1st round players.  Not really an insult to either player they just happen to play at a position that has alot of second round and on talent coming out.

Even though Jon Gruden is coaching the North squad, I know that he has been a big support of USF and wonder if he could influence their addition to the roster?

Perhaps one of his patented, profanity-laced tirades would be effective...

Jon Gruden has nothing to do with the selection of players on the roster.  He is simply the coach.  The Senior Bowl committee puts the teams together.

There are 8 members of the BE on the North Squad's 52 members...

Nicholas is a projected 3rd - 5th rounder

St. Louis is probably going to be a free agent.

LB (especially ILB) depth is deep this year.

No conspiracy guys.  I live here in Mobile and work not 3 blocks from Laad Peebles Stadium where they are holding practice as I speak.  I'd be out there, but it is friggin cold and raining today.  I'm probably going to be there tomorrow throught he end of the week attending practices as I'm a die hard bucs fan and we'll probably be drafting a few of these guys here.  

As great as those guys were for us, they didn't have near the pub or measurables to make a big enough noise to get noticed and invited.  It didn't help Andre Hall was here last year, had great stats, but then was "slow" and ended up not even being drafted or making a rame day roster.

It's going to take a USF player who really makes a buzz to get here and get noticed.  I'm hoping to see Amarri here next year.
