A guy who posts on Pewterreport.com and supposedly knows him says that since 2 of his best friends have commited to USF that Noel Devine is now stongly considering USF.  This is based on a conversation with him this weekend....which was after the Mike Ford and  Tyson Butler commitments.

Apparently he would need to go to prep school like Mike Ford did to get his academics in order.

But, he is a local kid from Fort Myers and is the #1 rated running back in the country this year.

This would be an amazing coup if we could pull it off.  The guy who posted this said it is between USF and WVU.

Well if grades are a problem USF doesnt lose anything by signing him placing him in prep school or JUCO and hopes he will hold his commitment when eligible. Nothing to lose

No... fans and boosters are not allowed to do this... it is an ncaa violation.

I know it is tough to prove... but it just isn't worth it.

If he decides to come here and go to prep school great.  If he makes it back here after prep school... then we throw a party :)
