Guest JulmisteForPrez
: If it were our own stadium, I'd take it over a rental any day.

Bad PA system.I have a larger TV screen at my house.Few concession windows.Lousy signageFew vendors or Bowl related items.Hopefully we will never again be this low on the Bowl totem pole that we even have to think about goin to B'ham again. The place is big HOLE!!!!!!!!!!!!Shooting for the BCS game next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Legion Field looked like it hadn't been worked on since the Roman Empire...terrible scoreboards, design is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay outdated, concessions were a joke, hell, the lights (which weren't needed) weren't even all working, horrific neighborhood. That has to be the worst "bowl" stadium ever. How in the world does UAB land any recruits?? What do they do for visits to games, take them on the road to real schools?? Until we can build a top drawer stadium I am content to travel to Dale Mabry. If we do, in the future, get an on campus stadium, let's try and get comfortable seats. I know my tush will appreciate it muchly. LOL

Obviously it can't compare to RayJay, but I was expecting worse. By the way, it only took me.... oh.... 2 minutes to get out of the parking lot. RayJay takes 20 minutes! Also, it was nice being able to walk up to the fense and watch the players practice before the game.
