Thats the 1st thing that went through my head as well, but if Marve came here he would not play for 3 yrs I am sure that is not something he is looking for. We do need to make sure we pickup a good QB in the 2008 recruiting class that can follow up Grothe so there is no gap like we had between Blackwell and Grothe.

Why not the 2007 class?  RS next year, then be ready to start as a Junior.  That's the way the big time programs handle it.

that is one truism

grothe will be getting hurt and there may be an opportunity but i just dont see a top qb taking that type of risk

if grothe doesnt get hurt, qb prospect sits 3 years
