with out a doubt whith 2 big if's Ford is the real deal from day one, and Mekenzie gets his hardship. Letsb look at the Offense Grothe: Enough said Ford ? O Line Should be solid. WR Jackson 6'5 and above ave speed, TJ above ave speed and great runner Amp Hill, and all the redshirts that get high praise Defense Line: Have to be excited with Cray, Cleybert, Robinson back, Selvie, Julmiste, A. Harris a year older and bigger and I'm sure they be another or 2 D Line suprise this year. LB. MCkenzie? Spires, Moffit, Bruce M and strong redshirts DB's depth, senior leadership and as much talent as anyone in the country, Kicking game Big question mark. Alot of these guys could be playng for almost any team in the country, plus as we know, we have the best coach and coaching staff in teh country in bring out the talent level in players.

I just compared our verbals on Scout to UCF. Its kinda of funny (nit sure how true the "offers" are but most of their 3 stars have other offers not from any strong programs, but our two stars much less three stars, have offers from power houses (even from the great Ron Zook who can't coach, but can recruit)

Whoever is next years coach may have a pretty good team, if he (or Mac)can get 2 solid big men to help out Gransburry

Why do we only have 1 committ from the rivals Florida's top 100 while the knats have 5. I know Ford and C Hill and Spires are studs and wouldn't be on that list. I know everyone says we are having a great year, but I am a little concerned.

Jenkins coming back, Mike Ford and C4 coming back. With everyones big concerns what will happen if Grothe goes down. Looks like we will have a solid back up QB (C4 Will be a receiver and our second team QB) and a stud RB.

Yep As excited I am about next year, if Grothe goes down, it could be a long season. I hope Planchard is as good as we heard and that it wasn't just because Ponton was in the doghouse.

I agree after seeing both play a couple of times Marve is better. I just don't see Marve coming to USF because of that reason. (hope I'm wrong) If can get either guy It would be huge. While I love Grothe ( he has the IT FACTOR, I see his weekenesses catching up to him, arm strength and a long throwing motion) both of these guys should be better college QB's

Since alot of us believe we would be 5-0 going on 6-0 if these guys were playing, and with FSwho losing last night, we would be in teh top 25 with FSwho and MIMI not. Can you imagine the press we would have. We would be in the big 2. The national press would be all over us.

I was a little worried about the D after the game, but reading Greg's blog about the D lineman playing hurt (Clebert saying all three at 30%) really makes me feel better. Get these guy healthy and if JJ is out of CJL doghouse after the suspension, this D will be scary.
