Give me a coach with emotion and passion anyday!  For those who were at the UCF game, you will remember (I will never forget) him running over to the stands and going nuts to us fans.  He was beside himself with joy and pride!  And now today -- to be so overwhelmed with emotion that you can hardly give an interview!

I rode on a shuttle bus to the field at the Kansas game with his parents and we talked about him.  I said to them, "I suspect that Coach Leavitt is a very sensitive person."  His mother verified that and said that he loves this team so much -- every kid.  They told me that he was so upset by what that Bozo Bianchi at the Sentinel wrote about our program the week before and that he was hurt that his kids had to read that stuff.

This emotion and passion extended to the team today and that is not something you can teach.  We have a very special person in Jim Leavitt and we are lucky to have him.

My ,My the tune has changed since last February, March and so on, when most of the topic on this board was HOW TO GET RID OF LEAVITT.  It looks like he is a lot better coach than you are fans.
