I thought Rod called a good game against UNC... but not necessarily this game. Matt will make Rod look like a genius for the next three years. Hopefully over that time frame, he'll become a more mature coordinator. One great player can make up for some questionable play calling.

I don't think the first fake punt was a called play but more of an option if the punter saw it was open.  He took a long time before making the move to run and could have kicked it at anytime.  The second fake punt was a call from the get go.  He took off right away.
