Another example of a "real" college stadium atmosphere: Kansas had ZERO stadium parking. You had to park along a street or in someone's parking lot. I paid $10 to park behind a laundromat and walk to the stadium, and I was only that close because I got there three hours before kickoff. But you could feel the buzz all over the place. The frat and sorority houses pulled their TVs out into the front yard to watch games and drink beers out of inflatable pools. And EVERYONE was wearing blue. That would be awesome to see on the USF campus.

i like how they incorportated plans for the future (if it ever happens) rail stations... would be great for students to take a train from USF to Ray Jay for the games

Hundreds of other schools have OCS.  UCF and FIU are building OCS.  Give me one REAL reason why we can't build an OCS like just about every other school in the entire country.

Not every college has a State of the art football stadium within miles of campus.  I don't think Nebraska, Oregon, Iowa, etc had much of a choice!

geez, a stadium is probably 10-15 years out and people are ALREADY complaining about parking....

when a stadium is built, you will find all kinds of creative place to park, that won't be a problem at all

Would our program have grown as fast if we didn't have RayJay and instead started off in a high school stadium?
