we need to win the next 2 games and then will recieve some votes.

we lost to kansas.... that was a bad loss.

The squeekers to FIU (0-6) and UCF (2-4) hurt us early.  Kansas has been losing also.  We'll need to beat Pitt and crush CIN to recieve votes.  I still feel like only half of the voters even know who we are.  Maybe half of those can actually tell us apart from UCF.

I don't see us getting votes until after homecoming if we keep winning.  Pitt would be the first really good team that we would have beaten.  Beating Cincy won't get us votes.

Yeah, but Cincy doesn't get any respect from the pollsters, no matter how good they are, so a win at cincy won't be looked at as a big win (by the pollsters).  Even though it will be very tough to walk into UC and come away with a win.  No votes this week.  Here's how I see it.

Win at Cincy: a vote or 2 from one of the polls.

Win against Pitt:  Lots of votes but not in top 25.

Win againsts SU to go 8-2: Break into top 25 at 24 or 25.

If we somehow keep it going and beat UL, we could possibly break into top 20.
