1/2 way point, (4-2), how do you feel?

Ricky Ponton, Josh Julmiste and Kackie Chambers will all help to improve the team.

That win over UConn shows that we can be a decent team, especially if there's a running game.

How do you see the second half of the season going? Can we pick up two more wins to get a bowl?

@Cincinnati Win Nail biting and gut wrenching (they gave VaTech a run for thier money)

  Pittsburgh Homecoming Scary probible loss

  Syracuse Win blow out.  It'd be close if it were away

These two games are blow outs:

I think we'll win 3 out of the next four, lose to Louisville, and barely lose to WVU finishing at 7-5 with hopefully the birmingham bowl against the gnats again.

If I am right about these remaining games, my pre-season prediction of 7-5 will be dead on.  But hey....I hope I'm wrong about at least one or two of those losses!!

Good analysis.  That's how I see it.  7-5 and we go bowling.

Although I think we could go 4-2, I'll say 3-3 and finish 7-5.

Think we will go 3-3 the rest of the way, maybe even 4-2 with a Homecoming win....Might finish with the 2nd best record in the state.

This team has vastly improved since week 1.  We could easily be 6-0, but we could also easily be 1-5.  How often can you say that?  Says a lot about the lack of consistency.

With our 4-2 record, I feel that we let a 5-1 record slip through our hands.  Either one of those losses could have been a win with some clutch receiving or kicking.  With that being said, and not being able to change the past, I see us bowling with the return of Ponton.

I think he will be a little rusty this weekend, but believe we can go 3-0 this month to bring our record to 6-2 (2-1).  

I think that Syracuse is not the door mat it used to be and hopefully since that game is the last home game, senior Night and all that, we will win, but I am not as confident as the rest of you.

I hope the emotion of Homecoming helps us beat Pitt.  If we can't stop Palko, we are in trouble.  

7 wins, maybe an upset along the way gets us 8, and we are bowling again.
