Bulls #1, TIED with UMBC (and in the unlikely event that they should meet, I'm a Dog first)

#2 probably Maryland-College Park

UNCG's up there since I work here, and Carolina in most cases because I live in NC and we share an enemy (can't stand DOOK).

There's no such thing as a #2 team, in ANY sport, as far as I'm concerned....

so you didnt have a team before USF?  if you did, did you abandon being a fan of them? seems so...

I don't have a team to go for in every sport (used to like the atlanta braves but they traded all my favorite players away...still go for them and dont have another MLB team but still; used to like the 49ers but...well, that was a different time.  now i have no team there either).  fantasy sports causes me to go for players more then teams, which I'm fine with because I like watching most NFL/MLB games now.  NBA I like the Lakers but also go for other teams.

college?  I've always been an FSU fan so I'm not going to abandon them just because my new #1 is USF, since I will soon be a USF alum.

That's correct.

Before USF went division 1, I was an FSU fan. And now I could give 2 violation if FSU goes 0-12 every year.

You see, unlike 99% of the people in the tampa bay area, I dont have to have a "backup team" from "home" or "from when I grew up".

It burns me up inside to see that 90% of this thread is people who still root for other teams. Rooting for another team is ONLY acceptable if that particular game's outcome affects USF in a positive way. Period.

I AM A BULLS FAN AND A BULLS FAN ONLY!  I grew up a huge FSU fan.  I wanted to go to FSU all my life when it came time to apply to college I only applied to USF.  From the day I sent in myapplication to USF all FSU crap was given away and I bought a ton of new Bulls stuff.  I am a Bulls fan and a Bulls fan only.

1. USF

2. Grew up watching the Gators

My Guility Pleasures are watching UCF and FSU lose on Televison.  My best weekends are a USF win coupled with a UCF or FSU lose or even better both losing.

Questions like this are always interesting to me because it gives us all a little look into each others history.  So here's mine:

1)  USF

2)  Tied Central Michigan University (alma mater), U of M (Meeechigan)

3)  The U (Miami, wife's alma mater)

4)  Tied New Mexico and Maine, both former employers

All the UM and U of M folks confuse me because I'm not sure which school they refer to.  I would guess UM is Miami and U of M is Michigan.

My old second favortie team was Pitt, ut with them beating USF the last to years my love of them has faded.

So, I keep USF high in my heart only.

Last I checked the scoreboard doesn't have a spot for current bank balance on it.
