From the St. Pete Times today:

USF: Linemen to rotate

TAMPA - In Saturday's win against UCF, the Bulls used nine defensive linemen: Woody George, George Selvie, Richard Clebert and Allen Cray started, while Jarriett Buie, Treco Bellamy, Julian Riley, Siaosi Uhatafe and Chris Robinson came in during the game.

Clebert said Saturday that he and many others have groin injuries. Coach Jim Leavitt, while not confirming any serious injuries, said they were swapped frequently to keep them fresh. Leavitt plans to continue to do so for the season.

"It was so hot," Leavitt said. "We play more guys on the defensive line because they can get hot and run out of gas."

They won't be so hot in Lawrence.  Why all the groin injuries?

Because we suck, we're out of condition, dehydrated and a renegade program.

That should get all the negative posts out with one post. ;D

Probably because the last three games we've played the weather has all been unseasonably hot, and the players have been pushed to the brink in all four quarters to make plays.  Strained groins come from that.  Get them drinking a bunch of water, and give them a day to rest.  It should be enough to be ready for next game.

Cray, and Clebert have been playing possessed.  Hopefully they can keep it up.

You forgot Jim Leavitt is a lousy head coach and Rod Smith is a lousy Offensive Coordinator.   ;)
