WOW I will be in attendance for every game in September!  Who is with me?

I am there Tim.  I was thinking the schedule looked great for me seeing the first 4 out of 5 games but you ar right, we should go to Auburn also.  I would also like to hit either Rutgers or Pitt since I have not been there yet.

San Diego State was our first 1-A game, but it was not on a national network. You could see it at a bar because of a satellite pickup-- we saw it in the Tampa area because a local station picked it up. The game was on TBS, a major carrier for the Big 12. This was before we joined CUSA, so we didn't have any ESPN or other type of games just yet.

According to the 2003 Media Guide...

FoxSportsNet/SportsChannel broadcast games as far back as the Southern Illinois game in 1997. The 1998 Hofstra game was on Fox Sports New York.

The Oklahoma game was the first on a truly national network.

Ah, got it.  Makes sense, I did watch the Oklahoma game from the comfort of my apartment.

Yeah, but Notre Dame practically plays the same teams every year (with a few exceptions of course).
