So was this game scheduled at 7pm... then switched to 1230pm (or something like that) and then back to 7pm??

No. It was set for 7:00pm.  When there was a possibiltiy it would be picked up (printed in the Trib), there was speculation that they would have to move kickoff.

Turns out, they didn't.

I wonder if it will be on my local FSN network.  Probably not, they usually only show Texas teams around here.  Oh, well, guess I'll have to listen on the radio broadcast.

Looking at my DirecTV guide last night, it appears the game is on multiple regional Fox Sports channels around the country...maybe not all, but quite a few.
