FLBeach - why is our defense great?  

Was it the 48 points to Nevada or the 40 whatever points to Tulsa.  Maybe the 28 spot to the Rice Owls?

We didn't stop anyone last year.  Good quarterbacks decided to throw us the ball a lot.   Rice would have been a loss if they didn't abandon the option for no apparant reason, UAB would have been a loss if they didn't throw INTs left and right in the 4th quarter (remember, all we scored were FGs in the 2nd half) and the Houston win is because of the fans screwing up 1st down for them.  

Sorry, that's the truth.  I'm not worried about this year...because this was the year we were supposed to be pretty good.  The level of success last year was a fluke.

We have everything to lose in the UCF game this year.  I'd be surprised if this game isn't within 10 points.  I'm guessing it will be closer, more like 7.......

Well Excalibur, you're forgetting we're returning five DB's that are starters, and two starting DT's.

Our ends are untested and that is a fact (just like UCF in that respect), the rest is battle hardened.

This is our major strength ... and I feel good about our End's Speed Rushing and UCF's O-Line handing Blitzing LB's ... feel we will have the edge on D.

I think our O will be atleast slightly better than last year. Feel as good with Ponton as I did with Hall. And keep hearing soo much about Planchard.

Feel GrothE will win the battle and be starting at the UCF game and our passing game will be better.

Coach Frey will have our O-line ready - AS ALWAYS !

We will see what ucf brings.

BULL Fans NEED to be there ...

04..  Try re reading my first sentence again.  I said USF has a great defense.  No where did I say UCF has a great defense.  Before jumping all over a post, read carefully next time.  I am beginning to think you are more a USF fan than an UCF supporter.
