It's a huge recruiting tool to be able to play in an NFL stadium, especially one as nice as RJS. The cost of an on campus stadium would be outta this world, especially for a school having to scratch and claw around for 20 mill to build the new Athletics facility. Besides, if you think traffic is bad over on the Dale, which it isn't, it would be at least 10 times worse here. Imagine 20000 cars leaving off of campus, on a Saturday night, on to Fowler or Fletcher. Yikes. No thanks.

And the campus is more centrally located between I275 & I75 for better access to the stadium. It would be such an improvem't to the campus experience. And just imagine the Ah-vee-awn-centz of an on campus stadium.Heehehehe...this boat is leaving the dock. This dog will hunt. There is no stopping this freight train thread. I guess it's down to a money thing...and I say it's worth it.
