To listen to everybody bashing C. Hill about his grades, is pretty bad. At one time you were phrasing his talent, and now since he having some trouble with school work, you are trying to say he's just another dumb jock. Alright college isn't easy for everyone, and if you played sports in college, you know it can be very difficult. So just wait and see before you pass judgement on someone. I hpoe he get his grades back on track, and prove all those naysayer wrong. And one other point, I know coach Levitt  did not say that about that about C. hill.

For the record:

1) I have never praised his talent.

2) The more information that becomes available -

regardless of the source - the more opinions you

    have to deal with.

20 years ago - before the plethora of boards and rags - you'd have to be an insider to know what goes on with the team on a daily basis. Not so today. One of the consequences of having more information available.

Hill was held back in elementary school, not a good sign.

Hopefully this is more a sign of his work ethic (schoolwise) than his intelligence.

I was held back in elementary school and look how I turned out.

To late, we've already judged him.

He also had to enroll at least 3-4 times into different HS (and back again) because of "issues".

It was well known he wasn't exactly a "Saint" or a top scholar in HS...but it was widely known that he was a great HS player.
