Wow smazza.. So you actually like this pick up? I'm very impressed.

With our two other transfers being eligible in January of 2007 (after sitting out a year), we should be set to go for Big East play.

nothing wrong with liking guards... guards make the game go.  If he had all big men and no guards, it would be hopeless.

Our guards are going to be solid.  Hopefully there is soemthing up his sleeve in the size category, but I feel more comfortable with the depth now than last year.  Last year it was the sojo show.  Now we don't have that shining star center, but we have a bunch of size.  Most our scoring will be from guards, but now it won't just be Holmes...it could come from many different angles.

Happy to see this. If there's one thing we should all agree on for this upcoming basketball season its that we should see the end of walk-on players. Whether it's through attrition, injury, or other, I think we're all tired of seeing depleted rosters. Here's to a healthy, full rotation this upcoming season.

Really like the depth of our guards this year if they stay healthy! Howard I still think will be the star out of the group if he can get back on track with health! We really need a big power forward or center now to end the recruiting period. Even if he is just a hard nosed rebounder im cool with that because the scoring is def gonna come from our guards this upcoming season! Go Bulls!
