USF women viewing party open to public

Posted March 10, 2006 by Brett McMurphy

If you want the chance to be a part of history - or at least possibly witness some USF history - the USF women’s basketball team’s viewing watch party Monday night is open to the public. The get together will be held on the first floor of the school’s athletic facility in the Big East room. USF’s players and coaches will watch what they hope will be their first NCAA Tournament bid in school history. The selection show begins at 7 p.m. on ESPN. For those attending Monday night, there is no admission. For further information, contact the school on Monday at (813) 974-2125.

Yeah, the pep band is on stand-by... two free trips in the spring would be nice... since the men didn't give us a free trip anywhere

They are on the bubble.  ESPN bracketology has them as one of the last four teams to get in as a 12 seed.
