G9ot mine yesterday went thru the process online and contrary to some whiners on this site it took 7 minutes to complete. My Bucs tickets take much more time to do than that.

I haven't done the Bulls one yet but the Bucs one takes me only about 5 min tops, for two accounts ...... mercifully quick.  ;)

I had posted earlier on another thread that in that time frame I also requested better seats and changed my phone number and e-mail and a couple of other things. When I tried this with Bucs it took a while and I still had to send letter. Sorry for the confusion both are quick and painless but other thread had whinning about how long USF took.

I actually checked the Bulls site and it is more user friendly where you can change all that stuff on-line.

I don't see where I could change stuff like parking on the Bucs site ......

And all the whining on the other thread was mainly by a UCF fan disguised as a USF fan.  ;)
