It gives some real good insight into the program, the mistakes that have been made, and why we're at where we are today.

If you're not a member, this would probably be worth the 7 day trial they offer.

Quite frankly, I'm surprised McCullum offered up as much information as he did...seems he's a far cry from Leavitt in the coach speak department.

Criticize him if you'd like, but at least take a few minutes to look at both sides of the story.

yeah i read it, i'm a scout subscriber, i give him credit for admitting the recruiting mistakes that he made, but he basically concedes he can't recruit hs players to usf so he has to build the program using transfers and jucos (a very bad idea) and then he goes on to defend this practice. this adds more fuel to the fire that usf needs a name guy to recruit, we need someone who can sell the program and vision and get this program to be worth watching again. it would be hard pressed to get a recruit to come here in its present condition, we need someone who can bring credibility to this program.

i couldnt care less if you were a member. it just so happens that this is the only place you get McCullum's take on what has happened...you'd think someone might be interested in that rather than the hear say and rumors that are going around here.
