I saw a Ford Ranger truck this morning that had a artificial pair hooked to the bottom of it's hitch swinging in the breeze.  They hung down about 4"-5".  I estimating ea. testie was about 1.5" dia.  I chuckled at first then I imagined my 7 yr old daughter asking, "Daddie, what is that hanging on the back of that truck?"  Some people need to think b4 doing.  That's JMO.
