Ugh. Liberty plays no one again this year. Hopefully voters remember what happened in Bowl game.

Their out of conference is

Campbell, ECU, at App State, at UMass

No reason we can't be number 1 every year.

UTSA? Liberty? Give me a break.

Utsa lost their old man qb , rb , and stud receiver. Hopefully  we return the favor and kick their rear at home next year.

South Florida is poised to take another step after going from 1-11 in 2022 to 7-6 in coach Alex Golesh's first season. The Bulls hung on to quarterback Byrum Brown, 1,000-yard receiver Sean Atkins and lead back Nay'Quan Wright. That's some solid playmaking behind a veteran offensive line to work with for Golesh, who previously helped build Tennessee's high-flying 2022 offense.

Does anyone really care about G5 rankings ? Just another way of establishing G5 as the minor leagues. I hate college football just a little bit more with each passing day.

As long as the highest G5 champ gets a playoff spot, I don’t mind that ranking. If they lose that then it really doesn’t matter.

Third in the aac? That wouldn’t b so bad…we were 5th last year…but I think getting Memphis and uab at home will help…also we don’t play utsa in the regular season…I think we will b in the aac championship game…

Yep truly hope that due to CFP implications this upcoming season that the committee actually takes time to review the G5 representative unlike last year.

I guess what I'm saying is that if they actually did this then SMU would have received the nod due to them actually playing quality teams close.
