Nope. And no one ahead of her did. Just like no one ahead of her accomplished these athletic endeavors:

Corbett Stadium opened in 2011

The shared baseball and softball complex opened in 2011

The track was remodeled in 2008 to include a new state-of-the-art Mondo surface. It is the same surface used at the Olympic Games and is considered the fastest, safest and most durable track surface in the world.

The 55,000 square foot Yuengling Center facility, which includes a 10,500-seat basketball arena and the adjacent volleyball arena (the Corral), has seen over $43 million in renovations since 2000, including replacement of the original Teflon inflatable roof with a permanent structure, and numerous interior upgrades and improvements.

The $4 million Frank Morsani Football Practice Complex opened in 2011 and features three full size fields, two made of natural grass and one made of artificial FieldTurf, plus an additional 40-yard turf area for drills.

Opened in 2004, the Lee Roy Selmon Athletic Center is the main hub for USF Athletics.

The basketball practice center opened in 2011 as a two-story, 51,000 square foot facility that provides both the USF men's and women's basketball teams with their own practice courts overlooked by the coaches' office, locker rooms, offices, film rooms, and player lounges, plus offering a shared training room and strength and conditioning facilities. The facility also has: conference rooms, a 4,100 square foot multi purpose area, and an underground tunnel with direct access to the Yuengling Center.

Based on this , it appears not much happened after 2011

We can't change back time, but her leadership is why we neglected  athletics and were sent back down to the kids table in the aac. She fired the godfather of usf football,

Even if the godfather of usf football had won a couple of conference championships we still would have been sent back down at that time. Stop living on Fantasy Island, Tattoo ...

Yeah he failed to be a winning coach at usf, but had success everywhere else.

If usf invested in football  with Leavitt coaching usf at its peak, built an ipf, an ocs, and hired a solid replacement we would not be here.

Who was in charge of usf and neglect athletics since 2011 until she retired?

With all that said at least we can all agree that USF football & mens hoops are both on the right track now. They were pretty lost before but now they have found themselves out of the dumpster fires. Timing is everything so I do believe USF is better off in the ACC over the west coast conference known as the big 12.

Usf football got complacent under the tail end of her career. In sports if you arent moving forwar; then you are you are losing.

The good news is we finally have leadership on campus that prioritizes athletics and a coach that is aggressive that can coach players up.

It is well known that Judy prioritized academics. She is the one that set the foundation for USF joining the AAU. Part of me does have to chuckle...faulting a college president for prioritizing academics over football...Go bulls!

We also may not have become an AAU university. There is only so much money and resources.

Maybe, maybe not, all I know is what I responded to, and that's there was nothing we could have been done to avoid being sent back at that time ..... and we did hire a more than solid replacement, that didn't work out

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
