I get that. I’ve been a season ticket holder since Lee Rose was the coach. I just hate to read these boo hoo comments after 15 wins in a row and a great season.

I agree this game and the first game of the AAC tournament were must wins. If we make it to the AAC final and lose I think we might have a chance at a at large still. We will see.

Unfortunately because of the conference we are in. We need to be more than perfect to make it to the ncaa tournament. So while 15 wins was amazing. What does it really mean if we can’t make the dance? Happy to go to the NIT? Are we even sure we make the NIT? CBI?

Coach pointed out how we missed 10 FTs today.  (Is that right?)  Also, knows the NCAAT is now out of play and will only be possible if we win the conference tourney.   Says we were humbled.  Takes responsibility.

Don’t know the exact number but Youngblood, Miguel both missed a couple free throws.

The crazy thing is we might play Tulsa in our first game if they win there first game against more then likely ECU

Agreed, but this certainly means our only path to the dance is as the AQ from the tournament. Probably was anyway, but this definitely cements it. We need to win three games next week. Let’s keep perspective - what a run it was. Not over yet . . .

Bring it on. At a neutral site, we beat them no prob. We won’t shoot that poorly again and Haggerty won’t score 30+ again.
