Am I the only one surprised that there are still rules in football recruiting and that they get enforced?  It is kinda fun to watch Deion eat crow I guess but in the end I really don’t give two violation on what happens in Boulder.

Are pwo players eligible for NIL deals? If so why not just offer pwo nil deals because they are not recruits signed and it wouldn't be tampering.  So if coach x , says the best  five pwo players are guaranteed 1 million in nil funds per year. Is that legal? If so saves scholarships, aren't tampering  with recruits in portal,  but it is out there for people to know. You can easily give them a scholarship after they walked on the team or find them an academic scholarship.

It isonly cheating, if you get caught or piss someone off .
