a team with alot of talent can have a alot of penalties and still win

a team like usf can never win with alot of penalties

If you dont have a lot of talent you are usually going to lose games regardless of penalties.  Didn't people point out that the team under Scott for taking less penalties during his first season as some claim the team was improving along with his fakd culture improvement? That aged like a fine wine. Realistically penalties hurt but good teams find ways tl win regardless. Sometimes there are smart penalties taking a pass interference to save td like famu did and then there are stupid penalties like taunting a guy with a throat gesture. We just happened to take a few dumb penalties,  a  wtf flag or two from the ref, and the oline will probably get false starts for a while breaking 4/5 new starters.
