With this horrid heat wave, they might consider putting in a roof like structure.   Maybe not a dome, but a partial cover like Hard Rock Stadium, aka Joe Robbie Stadium.

I believe those are the lights unless they plan on only day games.

How about just giant water fountains? All seats are splash zone seats for September/October games.
