Question about VPMK's tenure

I see our soccer coach left for another job. Since VPMK has been here is she the only coach to move on without being fired? With USF in the Minor Leagues you would think that some of our other coaches have been poached in the last 5 years that this dude has been here?

I don't see that as a useful metric at all and honestly wouldn't know (or care).

Of course if I were an AD, I'd build a program with guys like Ericksen and Fernandez, guys that wanted to be there.  Losing coaches left and right doesn't make me a successful AD.

If you are going to lose coaches (and lets be honest, if either of the 2 guys in our main sports are very successful they will be gone) I would rather loise them because they were in demand elsewhere than they failed here.

So we specialize at losing coaches the wrong way and not hiring the right coaches.  

Can't disagree with that.
