I don't really feel this is on him because the train was off the track when he got here .... but it's time to get it back on the track or it is on him

His hiring of Jeff Scott was asinine and he kept Gregory a year or two too long.  I am not saying we were on track but he has driven us deeper into the ditch.

He definitely hasn't helped the on field situation

The only one that should be shushed is anyone promoted and defended the toxic positive culture of CJS and still defend the extensions of all these losing coaches for stability.
