Where was are Band at UCONN game??

How is it we had only 8 cheerleaders and NO BAND at the UCONN game??...are we in the Big East?..wonder if they will travel if we get an invite to a bowl game...about a thousand fans..8 cheerleaders..no band..could this have had an  effect on the team???

Well...where is the money to send the band??  They will go to Charolette if we go.

you got to be kinding me..the money..did we not know we were traveling??? dont we have a budget..this is a business just like any other business..coach new we were going north so he budgeted for some warm gear...this is an embrasement..so we send 8 cheerleaders what a joke..your in the Big East ..unreal

BUT, the band's budget is seperate from Athletics.  When you give money, you're not giving to the band!  They will barely have enough money next year to get new uniforms with the correct logo.

We had to BUS the TEAM down to Miami, where are we getting money to FLY the BAND to Hartford.

Ok let me ask you a question,how many home games have you attended? Obviouslly none because the ONLY teams that have ever brought a band to RJS are Troy St,FAMU and UCF.

The fact is that very few schools take their bands to away game.

That is true Cuban, I remember reading that the SEC teams are reverting to more pep bands at away games to save athletic money.

I realize that..but they know when and where we are playing...do we know the word FUNDRAISING....that trip was not like a surprise..my goodness..I am sure they did not budget for a bowl game..will they go?

I been to all home games and away games also..plus i support the band the team and the Alumni..just think something like this needs to be addressed..also it seems most teams that played a RJS had a band...Louivilles band was there....

Most schools only send 8 cheerleaders, 12 max due to space constraints on the field.
