I don't think Gruden will ever coach at a serious organization again.

He doesn't have to look far if things dont work out. You have two coaches with NFL experience in town... granted, only one of us has won a SB. Jim didnt win with the 49ers right? I can't remember.  To busy with emails. At any rate, USF will be fine.

I'm bringing this guy with me. I hear we need continuity. What better continuity if no one can tell the difference of who is calling plays.

I heard that Jon Gruden was on campus this morning at 5:30 am. They are 90% on reaching an agreement. Gruden wants control over the building of the OCS and that's the sticking point right now.
