When you're losing, everything sounds like an excuse, no matter how innocuous. Even him mentioning the 17-17 score in the 3rd quarter felt weird though he was simply stating a fact.

You're right, I'm surprised anyone even covers the team at this point.

Everyone loves watching a trainwreck.

That was a shocker to me but when Gerry B went down I knew the beating was following it.

Honestly, would anyone really care if he didn't?

Just the people trying to write stories and/or tweet.

The media smells the blood in the water.

It’s pretty much the same things week after week.

Except for the differences in opponent, situations key plays, etc.

Still talking about a loss, injuries, giving up big plays, coaches and players need to do better week after week.

Did he by chance give an update on GB?

Hopefully the by week is enough for him to recover and be ready for Houston

I think he has ac ligament tear/partial tear. It is not a fun injury but you can recover in 1-2 weeks up to 4 months if it is not a complete tear.

He did he said that there was an x-ray nothing is broken that was good; but they had to do more medical work tomorrow to see what it is. Nothing was broken but he had no strength in the arm and therefore couldn’t return.

It also reminded me of my rotator cuff tear that I could not lift my arm any until it healed.  But the way that he went down makes me think it’s not rotator cuff.

He said he couldn't lift his arm up which is a sign of AC ligament damage.
