Per ESPN, is the top transfer TE and is getting interest from us, but indicates a lean to Utah:

2021 team: Syracuse

Morris' background: Morris was a three-star recruit in the 2021 cycle out of La Grange Park, Illinois. He signed with Syracuse under the pretense that he thought he would be utilized as a pass catcher in the offense. He didn't feel as though he would be utilized properly at Syracuse and entered the transfer portal before the season started.

Where he could land: Morris has already seen interest from Utah, Miami, Maryland, Cal, Missouri, Purdue, Vanderbilt, Liberty, Coastal Carolina, Arkansas State and USF. He has a visit set up to Utah in December and said he is very high on the Utes.

Didn't see enough use of the TE to impress any transfer that's leaving for that exact reason.

Getting any talent at this point is a plus.  Maybe we run more of a spread next year and use the TE more in 3wr/1 te sets  or 4 wr / 1 te sets.
