I'm hearing that they will definitely expand or not expand. If they expand it will be at least more than 0 teams. If not it will be less than 1 but more than -1.

Quick question for debate.  A handful of teams have canceled games against North Carolina schools, in various sports because of the LGBT issue in the state.  With BYU's moral issue, does the Big 12 decision makers also take that into consideration when making a decision?  They have already been getting some negative feedback about it.  Does it realsitically come into play?
