I think Velcro was referring to on court accomplishments like the two late season wins over Top 25 teams and more than a one and done in the C-USA Tournament.

There is no doubt Seth could get the media on our side...

A couple of flukey upset wins at the end of an otherwise disastrous season and velcro you hail that as a success? that was done almost entirely by swifitie and leather (and bryant), none recruited by mr. mccullum and all graduated.

mr. mcullum apparently has no clue when it comes to the players he wants on his team, because about half of them end up leaving or get kicked off right away. he's been doing this forever, he is a veteran coach, he should know by now who he can deal with.

let's face it. mccullum obviously is really really hard to get along with. he doesn't have what it takes to be successful here. his tenure so far, aside from two great wins late last season, is an ongoing disaster.

s bien, you say mr.mccullum has been building toward this recruiting class. what, were his first three recruiiting classes ''practice'' recruiting? oh, NOW he's going to REALLY start recruiting? please - this guy is a catastrophe. his record speaks for itself. and amazingly, his record actually might get worse this season, which is saying something considering his first two years.

Who coached those games?  Did Greenberg coach? NO... more ranked wins in 2005 feb/march than Greenberg had in any month his entire career.   Good coaching won those games.  We would have lost those games in the past, regardless of the talent here.

Sufice to say we will remain the only BE team not to go to the final four for years to come.  I keep hoping we will get that one super player passed by or wants to stay home and in BB, sometimes that is all you need with some good role players to make a huge impact.  We have a head coach who has a losing record as a head coach and it is only going to get worse for the next two years.  How many other BE teams have that -0-.  Mac will put a well coached, disiplined group on the floor and all we can do is hope for the best.  We got invited to the BE because of football not basketball so try to remember that.  Seth is gone and Mac is here so support him and lets move on.

Coaches that are chosen to rebuild teams tend to have losing records early...  he built WMU into a winning program, and is in the process of doing the same here.  The talent is coming, slower than some would like, but it is coming, and a talented/well-disciplined team is better than anything we've had in a while.  The competition is just that much better now.
