Some of you guys may already know this, but I got talking with a Recruiting Coordinator (or some such title) that we just hired from Lakeland High.  He is not an on field coach. And because of that we can't sign anyone from Lakeland for 2 years.  I guess that is to prevent the Gus Gilchrist situation.

I had read that somewhere right after we hired him.
