STILL NO. 2: USF's actual attendance for Saturday's home game with FAMU was 38,583, compared to the announced figure of 43,122. It still ranks as USF's second largest home crowd and included a student attendance of about 9,000.

Good question.  I think so.  USF has used tickets distributed as their number.

Honestly, I wish UCF would too.

USF announces attendance as paid tickets (where used or not) plus free tickets (students, junior bulls, recruits) actually used.  When there is a discrepancy with actual attendance, the gap is paid tickets that did not show up.  I imagine most of this are corporate season tickets that go unused.

Which is just ridiculous.  Let someone use them.

Hmmmmm...

Let's see...    So ucf is 0 and 16  and complains that we don't have a good attendance record...   I think they have bigger things to worry about.

unless we sell seats to more then one person then the upper deck still NEEDED to be open to sell 43,000+ seats. The crowd looked great, student section was packed the lower bowl for the most part was packed and there was plenty of people siting in the upper deck. What exactly is your point here? Are your home crowds up to 38k yet?
