Well my timeline may be off but that’s symatics...my point is they DID fire him and more importantly hired a great coach who recruited the right people for a quick turnaround. And even with O’Leary they won a conference championship while we were winning 2 games.

Rivalry games are always tough, no question about it. But in the very likelihood that usf loses the next 4 games, do you honestly think Strong and the players are coming into that game with the grit and determination to win? That game was going to be an uphill battle when you were all 7-0 and a conference title still on the line. That's gone.

I am just saying I've seen way crazier things happen especially in rivalry games.
