Bulls redshirt junior RT Marcus Norman, who started all 12 games last season, has been named to the watch list for the Outland Trophy, which recognizes the nation's top interior lineman.

Norman becomes the second USF player named to a national watch list this preseason, joining TE Mitch Wilcox (Mackey Award).

How can a RT be on the watch list for interior linemen?

I believe interior linemen is from tackle to tackle, excluding TEs and WRs
