Caught that last night. UGA has two good series wins this year but they are not on the same level as UF and FSU. This would give us a chance. The part I really hate about the NCAA baseball tournament is that they keep it too regionalized. I don’t recall USF ever playing the first round anywhere but in FL. Really is unfortunate relative to the talent in the state.

Defiantly not the same level as UF. These will obviously fluctuate every weekend but I thought it was surprising to see JU and FAU as two seeds. I think that is what has us going to Ga. Not sure if that will hold but both are currently top 20 in RPI.

If you are looking for bulletin  board material, 2 AAC schools are hosting, and we took 2 of 3 from both.

Yeah, they love them. They have an RPI of 12 but looking at their schedule I just don't see that many good wins, but I guess some of those teams are better than I think they are. Uconn is 9-5 against the RPI top 50, for comparison, we are 9-9.

RPI and regional competition.  They've also been struggling with injuries
