Early Enrollees

These 5 players have all said they will enroll early at USF:

Brian Norris

Stacy Kirby
Antonio Grier

Trent Schneider

Dwayne Boyles

 

There could be others.

 

Someone with access can check to see which of them are already enrolled at USF for the spring semester.

 

I suspect that USF Football will eventually issue an official release on them.

^ Well I guess we can partially thank Jimbo & Frost for Kirby--we look a little more stable than either FSU or UCF. Hope he'll be able to size up a little at DE but his athleticism sounds great, glad to have him and glad he's eager to get started.

Pretty cool to start college as a freshman in what would have been the final few months of high school life. Gives those kids a little more time to adjust to college while still getting out for spring ball.

Kirby is already at 245.

Boyles is the one who needs to size up more to play DE, since his is only 225. He could move to LB, which he also played in HS.

Gives them a real advantage to see the field earlier, than the players who enroll during the summer. They get a jump start on strength training at USF and to actually use the play book. 

We have seen that CCS is not shy about playing true freshman, if he thinks they can contribute immediately.
