JC Guard commits (Rashawn Langston) to USF

We still have yet to hear about 2018 USF verbal JUCO guard Rashawn Langston.

None of the major recruiting sites have ever listed him as one of our commits.

I hope someone asks CBG if he anticipates any additional signings for this class.

Must have not followed my own rule about getting a confirmation from one of the 2 recruiting sites before listing him .... Hopefully someone clears it up.

Well, the guy from 247 tweeted about it at the time.

Also, JK wrote a story on his commitment.

Verbal commits listed him as a USF commit.

There were others as well as  HIMSELF.

Perhaps, his not sending in an LOI to USF, so far has something to do with him being a JUCO. Maybe there are different time rules for them.

Good ... maybe that means I did do due diligence .... but it's weird that there's nothing about him at all now on Rivals or 247 (maybe they don't do JUCO's?). VerbalCommits has him committed on his page but don't mention him on our page, that I can see ...... He was ReTweeting USF stuff just 3 days ago, though, so that should be a good sign ...... hopefully.

He IS listed on the South Florida Verbal Commits page under the heading. "Sophmores".

Trip...I was on the Connors State Athletic website and looked at their news articles on the men's Basketball team over the past couple of years.

It seems like they announce THEIR own signings in January.

As for their players, I have found none who signed in the early signing period.

It seems that none of them sign until after their senior basketball season is over.

The earliest one I've seen sign is in April with others signing with schools in the following months.

Coincidentally, the newest article, dated Nov 7th,  involves guess who? LOL

Langston’s 41-point outburst topped his previous career high a year ago against San Jacinto Junior College when he poured home 33 points.

**** thing was confusing ..... but I think I finally get most of it now .... even though some is still a little confusing, or wrong. They shouldn't be counting Langston as a Sophomore and utilizing a scholarship for this year, should they?

Makes sense then ..... hopefully he doesn't have a change of heart before then. 41 points could be like a magnet.

Well, I predicted in another thread that he would become a JUCO All American and he's off to a good start to his season.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he still end up signing with USF in the spring, but you just never know what might happen between now and then.

I think they just made a mistake in placing him there. I expect that It will be corrected if he ever signs with USF.
