But seriously congrats to the Gators. Midweek game s don't matter and whatever but USF still did get to beat UF and FSU at their houses this year which is great '(both CWS teams) and we held our own in the regional. Faedo and Byrne are some of the best in the nation and Shane/Valdes/Cavallaro/Perez pitched with them into extras. That game was a heartbreaker but hey the gators turned out to be the champions. 

Agreed. USF should be proud of this season. I just think the late season collapse in not winning the AAC took its toll. I believe USF goes farther if they would have earned to host the regionals. To be grouped with the eventual champs was a tough draw. USF gave UF a fight in that game which is nothing to be ashamed of imo.
