What seemed an absolutely terrible hire has been salvaged a great deal by adding greg as well.

Smith didn't earn his promotion, but he will be doing less actual training of QBs...that's a good thing.  Maybe hes one of those PS2 type coaches who can call plays really well.  Maybe leavitt is just taking offense into his hands as well.  Either way, Smith gets some experience to help him, which was needed.  We at least have a chance now.
