Yeah right.  UF, FSU and UM are all overranked.  UCF and FAU are underranked and I'd leave USF where they are.

I sort of thought the same thing...but I don't follow the other state teams that closely.  Starting to though, via this board and other sources.  Mostly surprised with the Gators at #4...Urbie may be good, but that good?

Yeah, it is SEC championship or bust for Urbie this year.

Most post spring polls I have seen have the Gators in the Top 5 which is slightly overrated but not much. They are a top 10 team, Chris Leak is going to be a Heismann candidate with the players he has to work with.  I think Miami is also a top 10 team returning so many incredible players. Wright at QB should have no problem eclipsing what Berlin was able to accomplish.  Florida State I would put in the top 15, Sexton ought to be able to improve upon last season. The rest of the poll is pretty accurate to me until these teams can prove otherwise.

Agreed.  I'd even say USF is right where we should be until we prove otherwise.

FAU is probably right where they should be.  I am not sure if people are aware but FAU lost 10 defensive starters, and 14 of their top 21 tacklers, and they lost their starting QB, top 2 RB's, top 3 WR's, top TE, and top 3 OL.   They've got a hellish first part of the season, and I fully expect some humble pie will be dished out in extra helpings, so that location for them is probably about accurate for their first 1-A year.

I think all these rankings are pretty fair... Gators may be a little high.. but not very much... UCF could be a little low... but until we show we can win again we dont belong out of the 100's.  Puts an end to the big 4 talk for a while.. there is the big 3 then the rest.

The only one I'm not sure on is Miami....I heard they return a lot of their D, but lost a lot of their O.  Anyone else know about that?

I'd have UF at 7 or 8.

Seems like every team has questions this year, except for USC.
