USF returns first-team Conference USA running back Andre Hall -- who ran for 1,357 yards and 11 touchdowns -- but little else.

The Bulls have a hole at quarterback and are coming off a 4-7 season.

Overlooked? Sounds like an accurate assessment to me. Would you disagree that we have a "hole" at QB?  Been plenty of posts on here about QB, so it's obviously on someones mind. Would you not also agree that the stellar performances from last season are all Hall related?

It's very difficult to 'respect' a team coming off a losing season in a mid-major conference. But overlooked...I don't think so. The win for USF would be good, but for Penn State...to lose to us would be another nail in the proverbial coffin.  You also have to remember, our road record against BCS teams (well...even against non-BCS teams) is not that great.
