If a kid signs and before the first school year starts he wants to transfer does it have to follow the same rules??

As far as I know, once a kid signs he is bound to that school.  Unless that school releases him from the contract.

As far as eligibilty, I don't think he loses a year of eligibilty if he goes to another school

But just a guess.

Has there ever been someone who signed with a school and then went to another school before the semester started and played a sport?  Interesting.

I believe once the kid signs he is bound to that school unless the school gives him a release. otherwise hell have to sit out a year unless he goes 1AA

nope, it's impossible, they must stay.... especially if it involves anyone directly related to you
